The Muffinada: a whole meal, hiding in a muffin

Every Muffinada carries a real filled center inside a buttermilk-cornmeal crumb with aged cheddar folded through. Part muffin, part empanada, ready for breakfast, lunch or dinner. No sad airport sandwich, no fork required.

Baked, blast-chilled, and merchandised in the cold case. Grab one from the cooler, give it 45 seconds of warmth (or none at all), and the meal is handled.
